Signs That Point Out You’re Pregnant

Was it just a couple of weeks ago that you and your partner hit the bed? Vomiting and nausea in the morning? Probably. You might have seen some changes in your bod that left you with the question, “Am I pregnant?” Here’s to tell you if you’re bearing a child.

Morning sickness
  • Nauseous or shortness of breath. If you get queasy or winded up short in breath after a few walks or going up in a flight of stairs, chances are, you are carrying a little munchkin. Your growing baby may have put some pressure in your lungs.
  • Feeling tired all of the sudden. Sleepy and tired? Your hormones are acting up. This will continue throughout your first trimester and will gradually stop by the fourth month.
  • Swollen breasts. If your jugs are torturing you with pain, take a look at them. Are they getting bigger? Their soreness brings about changes in your body like the darkening of your areolas and the pronouncement of your chest.
  • Missed a period. Perhaps this is the number one sign women can tell that they’re pregnant. While the red tide sometimes gets late, if it doesn’t show up for two weeks now, gather your pee in a cup and do homemade pregnancy test. Take note: If you do get the red tide, check how heavy it is and its duration for days. You might be either having your period or are experiencing spotting.
  • Food cravings. Hitting the fridge lately? Suddenly you want to eat crab even though you didn’t want it before. Now, your favorite beef steak is making you feel queasy. If you start to notice that you’re developing some food issues, you could be pregnant.
  • Mood swings. You suddenly get upset when your hubby didn’t fix his part of the bed, get annoyed by having so many people around you, or get all weepy because your officemate’s child is going to have her first day at school. Emotional turnaround? Heck, you’re pregnant, woman.

How Do Homemade Pregnancy Test Work?

I’m 2 months pregnant and I’ve found out using a pregnancy test. You’ve made me very curious so I decided to try some of these homemade pregnancy tests to see if they work and guess what, they both did. I’ve done the first two ones, the toothpaste and pregnancy tests, and they both tested positive.

Hello, Eliza! Glad our guide helped you 🙂 They are indeed been proven to be effective although it’s a bit strange. Don’t you think so? It also helped me when I have my little tyke. I was working and can’t go out of the house. So, I decided to do some homemade tests. Thank you for liking it! 🙂 Happy pregnancy!

When I missed my period, I went straight to the doctor to have my blood sample. No pregnancy kits, no homemade tests. It was a huge mistake. Haha. I should’ve done that one first before freaking out and went directly to my doc. It turned out negative and I ended up crying. Baby, money, time. Didn’t work out. Next time if I missed a period for weeks I’ll try experimenting those above. Lelz. 😉

I knew I was pregnant when my period was late; I’ve always had it with a clockwork precision so I knew something was off. I’ve used the same test my mom used; I added my urine to a bowl with white vinegar and there it was, the color change was pretty obvious.
